To assist in on time support and promote continued accuracy and efficiency of our metering systems, we offer Annual Life of Field Support Contracts. Annual Life of Field Support Contracts are based on your needs and help reduced site service rates and can include any or all of the following bolt on packages:
Installation and Commissioning Schedule:
As part of our life of field support, we recommend the following Installation and Commissioning schedule post dispatch from our UK premises:
- Site Integration Testing (SIT)
- Site Receipt Testing (SRT)
- Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
- Flowmeter Mechanical Installation Supervision
- Flowcomputer Commissioning
- Offshore and/or Onshore support during well start-up
- Personnel Training
Scheduled Maintenance:
Pre-scheduled maintenance can be carried out either at the onshore/offshore base or via internet based remote monitoring (If access is available).

24 Hour Telephone Support:
Telephone support via a Specialist Service Engineer, Specialist Flow or Communications Engineer is available during normal UK working hours.
Quarterly Review:
You can expect a quarterly review of flow meter operating performance via telephone conference.
Remote Login:
Remote access to Dualstream™ flow computer systems is possible via a web based remote access system.
Office Based Engineering Services:
Generating calculations, reports and drawings are available.
