Due to the sensitivity of the differential transmitters used on Solartron ISA flowmeters and as during well shut in, the flow is not entirely static, the output never sits at exactly zero. Our flow computers have integrated DP cut off functionality, which allows the DP value to be considered zero if below this threshold, no flowrate will be calculated in this scenario.
